Rental terms

The terms of the contract every renter accepts when they take a car from us.

This is a translation. The contract is signed in Albanian, and the Albanian text is the one that applies.

1. The lessee must be over 21 years old.
2. The lessee must hold a valid driving license for the purpose of the vehicle.
3. The vehicle must not be given to anyone else except the lessee authorized by the contract.
4. The vehicle must be returned clean at the time of delivery.
5. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time it was received.
6. The vehicle must not be used on unsuitable roads or outside normal transport conditions.
7. The vehicle must be returned without damage; any damage will be borne by the lessee.

8. Insurance and liability:

   The vehicle has TPL (Third Party Liability) insurance – covering damages to third parties.

   In case of an accident:

   • If the lessee is at fault, the insurance covers damages to third parties, but the lessee is obliged to pay for the repair of the rented vehicle.
   • If the lessee is not at fault, he/she has no obligation for the damages.
9. In case of problems or accidents, the lessee is obliged to contact the company.
10. The vehicle must not be driven by any person other than the authorized driver. Also, it is not allowed to use the vehicle for transporting people, goods, or illegal items.
11. This contract is valid only within the territory of the Republic of Albania.
12. I have read the terms of the contract written above and I fully agree. I declare that all the information I have provided above is completely true.
